爪型聯(lián)軸器國(guó)內(nèi)通常稱為“梅花型聯(lián)軸器”。由兩個(gè)全等鋁制或鋼制的爪形軸套，在圓周方向上相互錯(cuò)開(kāi)半個(gè)齒距，其間裝有一個(gè)預(yù)應(yīng)力的漸開(kāi)線梅花形彈性體，彈性體內(nèi)的預(yù)應(yīng)力可保證正、反向傳動(dòng)無(wú)齒隙，定位。同時(shí)，梅花型彈性體可以吸收傳動(dòng)中產(chǎn)生的振動(dòng)。爪型聯(lián)軸器中的彈性體可以減震，同時(shí)這種扭向剛性聯(lián)軸器保證的定位。
